Obituary for William Kamen

World War II Veteran
William Kamen, of Lyndhurst passed away on Wednesday, January 04, 2017. Born in Passaic to the late Elizabeth (Grimshaw) & Emil Jerry Kamen, he lived in Belleville prior to moving to Lyndhurst 22 years ago. He retired as a Houseman for the Pennington Club in Passaic and was a Navy Veteran of World War II.
The beloved husband of the late Jean L. (Callahan) Kamen, he is survived by his children, Kathy Barretti & her husband, William, John and Jerry Kamen and five grandchildren. He was also predeceased by his brother James.
The funeral will begin on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home.
The cremation will be private with the interment at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson to follow.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 p.m. until service time.
