Obituary for William J. Roche

William J. Roche, of Nutley passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2013. Born in Newark, he had lived in Nutley for 45 years. Mr. Roche was a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, Cedar Grove. He was an avid fisherman and devout NY Yankees and Minnesota Vikings fan. Predeceased by his parents, Robert E. and Martha (Ferguson) Roche, he is survived by his sons, Daniel W. and Patrick G. Roche and his brothers, Robert T. and James A. Roche.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Friday at 8:30 am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 9:30 am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nutley Family Service Bureau 155 Chestnut St. Nutley, NJ 07110
