Devoted Family Man
Woodrow “Woody/Handsome” Roleson, of Lyndhurst, NJ passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, the son of the late Woodrow W. & Margaret (De Voe) Roleson, he lived in Rutherford prior to moving to Lyndhurst 28 years ago.
He retired from Liz Claiborne in Secaucus as a marking & grading computer manager.
He is survived by his beloved wife Caridid “Cary” (Ginart) Roleson; his son, Scott Roleson and Scotts mother Marie Bennett; a son, Kevin Roleson & his wife, Nikki, a daughter, Kelly Paz & her husband, Chris and his niece, Nicole Roleson and the Ginart family. Woody was also predeceased by two brothers and a sister.
Woody served in the United States Army and was a devoted family man.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be preferred.
All funeral services were private.
