Obituary for Yolanda La Russa

Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother
Yolanda (Giampietro) La Russa, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017. Born in Newark, to the late Venanzio & Gelsolmina (DiNicola) Giampietro, she was a lifelong resident of Belleville.
The beloved wife of the late Sy La Russa, she is survived by her loving daughter, Diane L. Bruno & her husband, Pat; two grandchildren, Nicholas & Victoria Bruno and her sister, Emma Petronaci. She was also predeceased by her son, Markham La Russa and her siblings, Marie Corradino, Anthony and Edith Giampietro, Dorothy Panchella and Eleanore Cestone.
The funeral service will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home.
The interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in No. Arlington
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
